Each cadet is assigned to a Company (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, or Delta) which coincides with either 1st, 2nd, 5th or 6th period, respectively. Each Company has a Company Commanding Officer (CO) and a Company Executive Officer (XO). These NS-ups (upperclassmen cadets) run the company and are the first point of contact if your cadet has questions, concerns, or needs assistance.

If the Company CO or XO needs to escalate the issue, they will go to the Battalion Staff. If the Battalion Staff need to escalate the issue, they will go to the Instructors.

As parents, it is critical to encourage your cadet to use the chain of command. However, if you have a parent-oriented question or concern, you can email one of the CPO Board Members directly, or post of the parent Facebook page.
