The Nease NJROTC Booster Club's mission is to support cadets and instructors in activities and events and to promote the Navy JROTC values of Honor, Courage and Commitment within the Nease community. Additionally, the Booster Club shall assist in raising funds to be used for academic scholarships as well as providing meals, entry fees, equipment, supplies, travel expenses, etc. necessary for the support and improvement of the NJROTC program. All efforts and time are on a volunteer basis and all booster members are greatly appreciated by everyone involved in making this program a success.

Parent involvement is crucial to the success of our unit. We are a CPO (Cadet Parent Organization) open to all cadets and parents. Our CPO coordinates activities and encourages parents to volunteer. We keep our unit informed of current and upcoming activities for the school year through monthly meetings, emails, and social media outreach.

Our Nease NJROTC Boosters Club mission is simple: to raise resources to help defray out-of-pocket expenses for cadet activities. We supplement the program with resources for Area-10 drill meets, cadet competitions, lodging/travel expense, community service projects, unit picnics and other events. As a CPO and Boosters, we provide vital communication between the NJROTC program, instructors, cadets parents, and the media. We foster camaraderie and support structures among parents whose children are engaged in their four-year high school journey.

This program is not a military recruitment program. Ultimately, the goal for NJROTC is to instill the Navy Core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment into everyday life, and to develop your cadet to become an effective leader and a more responsible citizen. To prepare them to be successful in whatever profession or career path they may choose to pursue.

Some of the educational training is to develop citizenship, leadership, teamwork, and high standards of personal appearance. The program is designed to challenge and motivate your cadet pushing them to their fullest potential in their physical and intellectual limits, to instill a high degree of personal honor, self-reliance and confidence by presenting a military environment.

There is camaraderie that develops between cadets, a shared bond with focus on developing team unity. The same holds true for our parents. Our parents share in the success of the program. We wish you a wonderful Nease Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps experience!
